1. What We Collect

Order information: the email address you provide at checkout (used to assign your Autodesk license and deliver your order), product purchased, amount paid, and order timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, country/region (for fraud prevention and analytics), browser and device type.
Support conversations: messages you send via live chat or support tickets.

We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners. We never ask for your Autodesk password.

2. How We Use It

Activate your license and deliver your order.
Send order confirmations, activation notices, and renewal reminders.
Provide customer support and process refunds.
Prevent fraud and abuse.
Measure advertising effectiveness (Google Ads conversion tracking).

3. What We Never Do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We never send spam. We never ask for your Autodesk account password — your license is assigned by email address only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of processors to run the store: payment processing (card/PayPal via our payment gateway), and Google Analytics/Ads for measurement. These parties process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their service.

5. Data Retention

Order records are retained for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Support conversations are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements) via live chat or a support ticket.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; the store will still function for guest checkout.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
